Worst insurance company I've ever had. The employees seem to know almost nothing. I was with them for years up until today when I had to file my first claim ever. Hail damage. When I called the adjuster informed me that I have only ever had liability. Even though I made it very clear I needed full coverage two years ago when I got my new car. I have a loan on my car and they signed me up for liability?! I KNOW I told them I just bought it and wanted it covered from number to bumper full coverage. But apparently it's my fault... read more
