Very nice Ladies. Efficient and easy to understand insurance. Now that I am able to do so on my own, they were very patient too. I recommend the service and affordable.
Untrained staff I had to go through the underwriter they do not know what they’re doing. Stephanie needs to be retrain on our aspects of insurance. They try to say I cannot upgrade my liability to full coverage which they try to charge me for something I could not even use. I cannot drive off the lot without full coverageand they would not give me back my money so I had to contact the underwriter. Everybody needs to be retrained in this as they don’t know the true aspects of Insurence.
