We would give zero star if Google allowed it; one star is simply the minimum required to post this review. We hired Pronto Plumbing to provide a simple vacuum service to remove waste from our shop’s sump pit. We accepted their verbal quote over the phone and scheduled the service for September. They repeatedly postponed the appointment and finally completed the work in early October. We had a long standing basement smell issue and after weeks of different companies poking around, their team finally found the real source. They spent hours digging and repairing multiple pipe problems under the floor, constant updates, no attitude, just hard work. I had a very poor experience with Pronto Mechanical due to poor communication, incomplete work, and lack of cost transparency. They replaced my residential sump pump in December 2024, but it failed after only three months and had to be replaced again.
