We would give zero star if Google allowed it; one star is simply the minimum required to post this review. We hired Pronto Plumbing to provide a simple vacuum service to remove waste from our shop’s sump pit. We accepted their verbal quote over the phone and scheduled the service for September. They repeatedly postponed the appointment and finally completed the work in early October. I had a very poor experience with Pronto Mechanical due to poor communication, incomplete work, and lack of cost transparency. They replaced my residential sump pump in December 2024, but it failed after only three months and had to be replaced again. Despite the initial installation being so recent, I was charged labor again for the second replacement. in both cases, no estimate is provided BEFORE the work is completed. Here is a review for the folks at Rymill mechanical. Long history at our house with plumbing issues/gross smell from the basement. After many of weeks of checking things out, different companies around, cameras down pipes and insurance adjuster inspections Ryan’s team were able to find the source of the issue and repair it.
