Here is a review for the folks at Rymill mechanical. Long history at our house with plumbing issues/gross smell from the basement. After many of weeks of checking things out, different companies around, cameras down pipes and insurance adjuster inspections Ryan’s team were able to find the source of the issue and repair it. Had a very stubborn kitchen sink drain clog that another plumber gave up on and then I got Mike from Pronto and he lived up to reputation as "best auger guy in the city". He cleared the clog and passed on a lot of great advice regarding my plumbing. I called in the morning and he arrived promptly before noon. I will call these guys first from now on.
These guys are the worst!!!! I asked them to replace a faucet on my handwashing sink. The guy shows up and puts a mop faucet n the hand washing sink??? I told them I am not paying for this, this is not what I ordered. They said they would fix it, then didn’t show up and then tried to bill me for it without even fixing their mistake. I do not recommend! I had to bring someone else in to repair it.
