Julia provided excellent customer service and is bilingual. The prices are great and the work is great. I would highly recommend doing business with them.
The picture you see on the website is not what the place looks like - imagine something seedy. After finally finding street parking (no lot) I gained entrance only to be told that I wasn't allowed to use their toilet. They lost my business.
I highly recommend “Pronto Glass and mirror.” Very easy and business oriented communication. Carlos (I believe that was the bosses name) was super helpful and knowledgeable. I bought two pieces of laminated glass from them. He shared his experience and advised me on how to make the installation simpler. I will happily work with them again.
