ABSOLUTELY terrible! Stay away at all costs! Been almost 30 days and still the dishwasher is not working. There is no way they should be in business at all. I write reviews lightly but this has to be put out there. Anything that they do fix is pure luck. Please stay away from this company
Beware of this company! My home warranty sent this company to diagnose my refrigerator. The service technician lied and told them that the refrigerator was cooling when it wasn't so they denied the claim. A month later the freezer is no longer working on the refrigerator. So we pretty much wasted money on a service fee and refrigerator did not get repaired and have to spend more money for another service to come out and repair what they should have done.
This company has to be the worst I have ever dealt with. The level of service is just ridiculous. I had my appliance insurance company subcontract them to fix my cooktop and they had the worst technician come by my house. He came, couldn't find the serial number which i had to find and once I found it for him he informed me that it was an igniter issue. He called me back a day later to inquire about the gas type which i informed him was natural gas provided by Piedmont natural gas. He then said he was not familiar with the c... read more
