In July 2024, I purchased a wedding dress after the sales consultant assured me it was from the 2024 collection and the correct size for me, even though the dress felt tight. These claims were key factors in my decision to buy. Later, I discovered that the dress was actually from the 2021 collection—something I was not informed of at the time. Alterations Scheduling was a nightmare! I purchased my wedding dress in November 2023, and got married in November 2024. My SHOPPING experience was great, and I decided to do alterations through the store as well. I scheduled both fittings at that time to ensure I would be able to fit them into my schedule, living over an hour away from their location. I was very disappointed with my experience at Pronovias. I was in Boston visiting my parents and sister and decided to try on gowns and this salon was one of two I went to. We arrived early to my appointment (by 8 minutes) and I felt as if I was an inconvenience for being early and being there at all. I was not greeted with warmth or joy about looking for my gown or my upcoming wedding.
