Great friendly knowledgeable staff.
I was extremely unsatisfied with this business, quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever recieved, employees and management are rude and dismissive, I would go anywhere but Prompto
Would not recommend to anyone! Went there to have them check my oil, and the manager Jordan Hancock looks at me and says we don't check oil here! Your a 10 minute oil changer for vehicles, so then he gives me attitude that I had oil with me to put in (it was only a quart low) and the manager said to get out! How ridiculous, and the sad part is they have gone through so many workers because of Jordan Hancock, like he loves to flirt with females, very unprofessional, Jordan Hancocks workers are rude and mouthy and very unprofe... read more
