Had my oil change and paid $80 but they left the filter loose and half the oil drained out. Could have ruined my engine. If you use this place check their work before you leave. You can see the oil dripping from the filter in the photo. It wasn’t even hand tight. I turned it almost two revolutions by hand no wrench.
Went in a few months back for an oil change and everything was fine and normal until right after I left and received an inappropriate Facebook message from someone who works there after they looked at the name on my credit card and found me on the site. I ignored it and moved on but I found out today at my most recent oil change that they have been giving me the wrong oil! When it says the kind it takes right on the cap! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION especially females going in alone.
Prompt doesn't describe this place enough! I got in there and in a fast as you can say Bob's my uncle, they were done! Professional group and so nice! I'll be back!
