Was very impressed with the customer service. Everyone was extremely polite and communicative during the process. Even the young guys working were polite as could be. My visit there restored my faith in humanity a bit, seriously.
I have been a steady and satisfied customer for 4 years now. They always were a no non-sense kinda place. It worked for me till this past week. I had the oil changed on my Passat. Left the next morning for a roadtrip to Plymouth Mass. Right when we got on 295/Brunswick my whole undercarriage engine cover came off, IN ONE PIECE it just popped off. Coincidental, HMMMM!!! My husband took my car for an oil change. A couple days later it was leaking oil. He called, they said to come by but did absolutely nothing. They took a picture and said nothing was wrong. It still leaked took it to a real shop. It took 10 minutes to fix Pronto's mishap of leaving a piece of paper or thin cardboard between the gasket and oil filter. Would not recommend.
