They keep their oil filters on a shelf next to bay 3, when they need a filter from the shelf they wedge themself in between the shelf and your $50,000 truck, scratching it. I visited the promo with a friend. I witnessed the female manager yelling at the employees. She disrespected the employees infront of the customer's . A manager should respect the employees .
Refused to change my oil told me I had oil all over my exhaust and the rear of my engine was soaked in oil and that I had a blown head gasket. And told me my car has no oil left in it.. lol Told me my car was a fire hazard and to get it out of their building.
