The Belfast Prompto is great. The manager is super nice and so are the employees. They do a good job and are accommodating. Some Promptos are not like this, but the Belfast one is my go to.
So I've got my oil changed here many times over the years usually leave a tip . This is first time I've had difficulty getting in a bay. Attendant was directing me towards the far wall. There was no chance that I was not going in the hole in the floor. I even leaned my body out the window as far as I could to make sure I was not being paranoid and he's still directing me towards the wall. I don't get it.
