Susan was wonderful, made the experience a pleasure
Would do a zero but not a option. Went to coldwater prompt care for Granddaughters head aches.Nurse pa acted like she didnt give a dam….and like my Granddaughter was faking it. Really like Lana but she was off today. Was given a perscription as was leaving was never told we would get one. Just a follow up with primary! Not a good bed side manner!
I love it when business names become ironic.... they are anything but prompt, convenient, clear, or straighforward. I've been using them for feeding supplies for my baby who has been on a G-tube since being discharged from the NICU last year. Almost every interaction with them has been laughable. The people themselves are very nice, but they have screwed up almost every single order either in terms of what supplies are needed, the quantity, and/or the shipping address.
