I am a skilled home healthcare nurse i work with a high acuity vent dependant patient and trying to get ANYTHING she needs is a real nightmare, she was discharged to home over a week ago with a new status and they wont even come out to check equipment, order the new additional supplies she needs, when you call youbjustvget random customer service people who are working from home and just pass the buck.
