My Nurse Elaine is wonderful, she is thoughtful, kind and flexible. Elaine goes above and behind for her patients. Elaine has been helping me for years now and is someone I can always talk to sbout healthcare questions. The Promtcare company itself is mid, but with elaine its 5 stars.

Would do a zero but not a option. Went to coldwater prompt care for Granddaughters head aches.Nurse pa acted like she didnt give a dam….and like my Granddaughter was faking it. Really like Lana but she was off today. Was given a perscription as was leaving was never told we would get one. Just a follow up with primary! Not a good bed side manner!
