My family has been using promptcare for almost ten years for my brother's medical supplies and machines and his respiratory therapist.We have had Holly Richards as our respiratory therapist most of that time and we could not thank her enough for everything that she has done for my brother,whenever we call she has the problem.or concern taken care so quick and even if it's something that might take a little.while she always makes sure to let us know what is going on and how long it might take,she has always awnsered our calls... read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I have now had to fight for my son’s supplies for the past 6 months. I either get the wrong supplies. Or I have to fight like crazy to get the correct supplies. I have tried to reach out to corporate with no call back no email nothing. This company is terrible and if I could find another dme company to service his supplies I would but for my area this is what I have to deal with.
It is the worst supply company, I do not recommend this company at all, they are non-professional people in their work. They don't have a minimum of patient awareness. My daughter lasted 6 months with this company, they did not send the complete supplies but they made the full charges to the insurance. They basically steal customers. Now I'm trying to change to At Home Medical (I recommend it. Much better company) but Promtcare does not want to allow the other company to take my daughter's autorotation insurance file, becaus... read more
I have worked with PromptCare since before the pandemic, so maybe 7 years. They have lived up to their name - always on time, excellent communication, never any supply issues. I will no longer need their services but have greatly appreciated them and would highly recommend them. I'd also like to specifically thank my pharmacist Carol and nurse Leslie. Everyone at PromptCare has been excellent in every way over the years. I appreciate you all! Thank you so much!
If I had to choose a phrase to describe PromptCare, it would be "grossly negligent." If you are suffering and in need of home health care and this is your only option, be prepared to continue suffering. I have switched insurance companies four times in the last two years and every time it is an utter nightmare--and not for the reason you'd think!
