This company is so disorganized. Since using this company I've had many representatives and only one has been helpful. She moved to a new Department in early June and it's June 29th and nobody reached out. I'm on a feeding tube and I need to order supplies each month and I just now was able to order the formula after being on hold for 30 minutes. My experience with this company has only been frustrating. It's a shame that it's the only supplier in northern New Jersey. If I could I would choose a different supplier.

My family has been using promptcare for almost ten years for my brother's medical supplies and machines and his respiratory therapist.We have had Holly Richards as our respiratory therapist most of that time and we could not thank her enough for everything that she has done for my brother,whenever we call she has the problem.or concern taken care so quick and even if it's something that might take a little.while she always makes sure to let us know what is going on and how long it might take,she has always awnsered our calls... read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I have now had to fight for my son’s supplies for the past 6 months. I either get the wrong supplies. Or I have to fight like crazy to get the correct supplies. I have tried to reach out to corporate with no call back no email nothing. This company is terrible and if I could find another dme company to service his supplies I would but for my area this is what I have to deal with.
It is the worst supply company, I do not recommend this company at all, they are non-professional people in their work. They don't have a minimum of patient awareness. My daughter lasted 6 months with this company, they did not send the complete supplies but they made the full charges to the insurance. They basically steal customers. Now I'm trying to change to At Home Medical (I recommend it.
