I called Simon around 9:30pm to see if he could come out the next day. He could and he arrived around 11:30am. His knowledge of RV's is off the charts folks! My awning was mangled and he was able to get it rolled back up, get the framing and arms back in shape and get it ready to for the road for the next day's trip. Simon's dedication and commitment to his business and customers sets him apart from the rest. Do not hesitate to call Prompt RV Repair....top notch company!
