Water was leaking out of the pressure relief valve on our hot water tank. Jay saw what was going on but rather than just replacing the valve he took the time to test the water pressure in our house. Turns out it was over double what it should be. The extra pressure is what shortened the lifespan of the valve. He replaced the pressure relief valve and the regulator, cleaned up after himself and was on his way. Very happy with the work he did. Loved the attention to detail.
