I had a low water pressure issue that another company had not been able to figure out. The plumber from Prompt Plumbing is a real expert and took the time to understand what the problem was. Best of all, he fixed it! Amazing service and great expertise. Will be my go to for anything plumbing and heating in the future

He was very responsive when we reached out & did a fantastic job replacing and installing our new kitchen faucet. What impressed me, was that he went the extra mile to check out our tankless water heater and heat pump setup for no cost. This wasn't part of the service, but he was happy to give us future recommendations. We would definitely use this company again.
