Sent me a email this morning about a payment overdue which was paid in November 2025. When i rang them she had the nerve to speak over me and say it was a glitch in the system and that I had to send proof of payment. What a disgrace business must be poor if you need to resend out invoice because your either to lazy or can't keep up with your own financial situation. If you are looking for new hot water system in Perth you already know that all prices advertised online are not the final-real price. Sometimes it is even 900$ more. No problem with the tradesman who attended - very polite, appeared to have done a good job, even though the cost was high. However after he’d gone, one newly-installed tap still leaked. On phoning the company to report this, the woman I spoke to was very abrupt to the point of rudeness. It appears any follow-up service, even to rectify an incomplete job, is not available, certainly not once they’ve got your money.
