No problem with the tradesman who attended - very polite, appeared to have done a good job, even though the cost was high. However after he’d gone, one newly-installed tap still leaked. On phoning the company to report this, the woman I spoke to was very abrupt to the point of rudeness. It appears any follow-up service, even to rectify an incomplete job, is not available, certainly not once they’ve got your money.

I give 5 stars to Ollie who did an excellent job to unblock my kitchen sinks and replaced an isolation tap for the kitchen sink filter
