Based on a recommendation from a friend, I went to prompt med for what I thought was a bad case of the flu. Making an appointment was very easy. When we got to the office the nurse took all my vitals in a very pleasant demeanor. She tested me for strep, and covid. Dr. Fong was the physician on staff. He was very pleasant and communicative. After he told me that I tested positive for covid, he checked for any adverse interactions of medications i was currently taking. Very clean facility Staff is responsive and courteous. Doctor was very thorough. Very exclusive hours.
This place is a real public health threat. specifically the telemed doctor with the glasses they have no idea what they are doing. It is so dangerous to have untrained people diagnosing others and prescribing random medications that are not even related to the issue in the slightest. They don’t even send the script over on top of this so u are in a loop of calling them and waiting at the pharmacy. This place needs to be investigated immediately.
