I have always been very pleased with Fred and his services. He has driven our daughter, who is a student at Elon Univ, to RDU airport and for a longer trip to Clemson Univ. He was reliable, responsible, kind, and courteous. I would highly recommend Prompt Limousine.
Phone manners weren’t great, quoted me pretty high and was very hard to understand as well as impatient. Will not be using this company ever.
We were very pleased with Prompt Transportation Services and especially our driver Fred. We needed daily shuttle service for some of our customers from Greensboro to Pinehurst for the US Open earlier this month and Prompt did not disappoint. Fred was professional, friendly, and very accommodating. He took great care of us while we were there and we will definitely be calling him again for any of our future transportation needs.
