I contacted prompt glass to look at our sliding, mirrored wardrobe doors that were stiff to operate and noisy. The receptionist was friendly and service was prompt. Within two days Lachlan arrived at the designated time with potential repair parts on his truck. He assessed the doors, replaced the wheels, cleaned the tracks, gave me advice for future maintenance and vacuumed his work area. The doors operated perfectly now. I am very happy with the service that Lachlan provided.

After trying no less than 6 other glass companies with no success, I decided to ring Prompt Glass. From the initial contact in the office, through to the quotation process and finally to the completion of the job on-site, I found everyone courteous, professional and above all friendly. Although only a relatively small job, we felt valued as a customer. Will recommend Promt to all my family and friends! Wayne, Samson W.A

Fantastic experience with the team at Prompt Glass. Would highly recommend to all. Chantelle went above to get a shattered glass slider fixed promptly. Very clear and fair with pricing. Trades staff were very professional and efficient. Hoping i don’t have any more broken glass but if i do i will be back!

We had our front door glass smashed and reached out to several companies—Prompt Glass were the only ones to respond quickly. They provided a fair quote, booked us in the next day, and worked around our business hours. The job was done fast, professionally, and the team was friendly and tidy. Great old-fashioned service—highly recommend!
