They are the worst!!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY WILL RUIN YOU!! Their customer service is awful. They will start you with a low interest rate and double the interest rate on renewals and quadruple your payments. They claim they send information by mail. Sucks to be you if you don’t receive it. They will go ahead and do what they want and tell you after the fact that there’s nothing they can do.
They are horrible . First off sent my information to the wrong mailing address with all my confidential information on it! Then sent me a mortgage statement via email with the wrong address on it and an attachment of hundreds of other clients and their confidential infornation. No compensation other then waived the renewal fees that were outrageous and we werent even going to renew with them anyway. Only sent an apology email. THE WORST SERVICES WITH ALL THE FEES AND EXTRA CHARGES WE END UP PAYING MORE THAN 33% ANUALLY INTREST RATE TODAY I GONNA PRESS FRAUD CHARGES AGAINST THEM
My renewal is coming up . My broker told me that prompt apparently sent out a renewal but i never received it. i have called about it and got nothing back. There fees are incredibly high. I wouldnt advise them. Again just lenders that dont really care ….i was even sent a second mortgage statement for last year either and now its due april first.
Something doesn't add up with the way they conduct their loans. I've checked my annual statements for 2023 & 2024 and noted that the outstanding balance for 2024 is higher than 2023. Both statements are way more than my initial borrowing of 2022 despite having pain close to $40K so far. The responses I got from the company does not answer the question. They offered me a renewal last year but declined the offer hoping to go on variable rate. They didn't care so they renewed at that offer even though I didn't sign their docume... read more
