Disorganised and dishonest. The issue was worse after receiving my car back. Had to take it to another mechanic, problem was solved in half amount of ”labour” time and money. Plus what’s with the hidden fees (60$) guys… environmental consumables and degrease?! Will not be recommending this business.
Prompt Autos are very good with reasonable prices.

I had my little Yaris serviced here recently. I admit it's the most expensive service I've ever had but didn't complain. Prior to him replacing my perfectly good wiper blades I'm now left with "new" blades that aren't working properly & they're throwing water over the roof of my car & only washing the lower part of my windscreen. Grrr thanx 🤨
I managed to get my car serviced here with very little notice. I prefer authorised dealers these days. There are no chances for errors in the outback
