Definitely five stars for this place. We drove about an hour away from home but it was worth it. Mike was very friendly and laid back. Not one of those pushy sales people. He was honest and up front with us. He definitely went above and beyond. We left happy. The excellent deal we got was worth the drive. Blew our local OV dealership out of the water.
They sold me a Ducati monster that never made it home. I Called them to pick it up anfthe refused. After threatening a lawyer and Telling them I only made it a mile down the street the came for my bike. Ended up keeping my bike for 3 weeks ignoring calls and/or not returning my calls at all. Finally I got ahold of someone they said my bike was fine they never had any trouble. I went for the bike and it finally made it to my front door although it struggled. They aren’t even open anymore so don’t waste your time driving an hour and a half like I did.
This place is out of business nothing there. Don't waste the drive.
Hours on the door say 10-7. It is currently 6:18 and the place is locked up. Terrible customer service when you can't even keep the hours posted on the door.
