I can’t recommend Promotive in Rogerstone enough! They provided exceptional service for my Mercedes, carrying out a major service and a full ATF fluid service with a torque converter flush. I have always taken my Mini Countryman to BMW/Mini for service and tyres. My Mini is 68 plate and I have had it less than 3 years. One of the warning lights came on so I booked it in for a review and see what the diagnosis was. To my horror they suggested it needed a full dual gear box replacement totalling 9k!
