My dealings with the sales rep was prompt and professional. I ordered reusable water bottles personalized with our firm logo. They answered my questions in a timely manner. I had to make some adjustments to the sizing of our logo. They were patient and helpful. I’ve received a lot of positive feedback on it. There were no damaged products when the items were shipped. Highly recommend for personalized water bottles. I have yet to check out other items.
