They don’t listen to what their clients need and continue to make same mistakes time after time. Changes are made without taking the client into consideration.
We took our teenage son to Pro-motion initially to see if there was a better solution for his prosthetic leg and three years ago. They arranged a trial of three advanced knee components. Came here for 4 years and had a good experience to begin with...as you do with most services (always so friendly at the start) Then as time progressed and years went by and i was habing issues with my prothstetic senior prothstetist *monique started to take over and try to solve the issues... So as she continued to try and unfortunately failes she started to get more and more aggressive towards me as i would throw suggestions out there in hopes that it may be the solution...keep in mind the owner and lead/principle prothstet... read more
