I have gone to promotion physical therapy twice for pelvic floor therapy. I dedicate my 9 minute active birth to Kalia and everything she taught me. She set me up with techniques for post birth recovery and helped me repair my core. I recommend everyone i know to go to promotion for all physical therapy needs!
Very knowledgeable staff. Not only helped my knee in the moment but gave me the knowledge to move forward and continue to strengthen it the smart and deliberate way. World recommend

Kalia is great and so is Dana in reception. Both are very nice and helpful and made the intake process very easy. I had to stop treatment for the summer as I don’t tolerate heat very well. Kalia explained the process to return to treatment in the fall and also gave me some exercises I can do at home in the meantime. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family (and strangers if it came up lol).
