I have been to both major PT sites in Minooka / Channahon. ProMotion, with only two therapists, is far and away the best. I had dreaded going to PT after my first knee replacement. Jane's technique, first relaxing the muscles (and me) with heat followed by lengthy massage before doing GENTLE knee bends, followed by the bicycle and weights, has made therapy actually pleasant.
