I’ve had a consistently great experience at Promotion Physiotherapy in Claremont. Madde and the whole team are professional, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you move well long term. It’s a welcoming, positive environment where you feel encouraged and supported, not rushed. The team approach really stands out, and their “movement is our medicine” philosophy is reflected in everything they do. A great place to exercise and build confidence over time.

I’ve been a frequent user of ProMotion for almost a decade. Great staff who have helped me rehab shoulder and back injuries multiple times and helped me avoid any surgeries. Their clinical Pilates classes are great for keeping on top of any any niggles or flare ups.
