I’ve been a frequent user of ProMotion for almost a decade. Great staff who have helped me rehab shoulder and back injuries multiple times and helped me avoid any surgeries. Their clinical Pilates classes are great for keeping on top of any any niggles or flare ups.
Excellent facilities and expert, qualified staff have had me coming back twice a week for over four years. Couldn't ask for more.
