Wasted my time and didn't respond at all to any serious requests. I was looking to order pens , but the sales rep I talked to was completely unprofessional and spoke in unprofessional language towards me.
Shorna was fantastic and very patient with us while we decided what we wanted. The service was excellent and the quality of the products was even better.
Connor and the rest of the Promosapien crew are great. Quick replies and clear communication was key for us as we were in a rush to distribute our designed tshirts on a tight schedule before show wrap! (film industry).
