I called several companies before reaching Patrick, and I’m so glad we did. He carefully assessed my basement and gave honest, helpful suggestions instead of pushing costly options. I really appreciate his honesty and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend him and will contact him again if needed. This is how you build a trustworthy business!

We found Promore based on Google reviews and are so glad we did! Patrick was incredibly responsive and patient with our questions. He sent a team out very quickly, and the whole team was courteous, professional and efficient in resolving our mold issues. We would highly recommend Promore to anyone dealing with mold. They provided a lot of peace of mind in the midst of an otherwise stressful situation!

Patrick and Chris were great! I highly recommend this company. I had mold growing on the wall in my home. They were very easy to communicate with and extremely professional. They effectively removed the drywall and treated the mold problem. The cost was fair and in line with other companies (I got multiple quotes). They also gave me helpful advice on how to fix things in my home to prevent mold in the future. Thank you Promore!
