RecommendedGood attentive Nursing and CNA staff. Physical and Occupational therapist were more than helpful. Good food and menu. Housekeeping were also very courteous and was cleaning daily. Very pleasant experience.
Administrative personnel have erratic and inconsistent answers to questions. While one person commits to room availability another says no & occasionally the same person will give two different answers. Questions regarding specific needs (i.e oxygen equipment) result in yes they can accommodate from one person and no that’s not acceptable from another. Most recently the promise of room availability was rescinded within hours of transfer time causing significant rearrangement challenges & delay in discharge from the hospital.... read more
I would reccommend Promontory Point for anyone needing rehabilitation. The PT's and OT's are friendly and will work you hard so that you will be able to go back home feeling confident that you are ready to be there. The rooms are so spacious and lovely. The nurses are professional yet treat you just like they would treat a family member. As for the meals, they are well prepared, with plenty of choices.
