I had an issue with an overloaded circuit, and he responded immediately. James arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained what needed to be done. He gave me a fair quote upfront and stuck to it—no surprises at all. I also received an itemized invoice, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend James with Promontory Electric if you are in need of an electrician. The fire alarms/carbon monoxide testers were going nuts for no reason in my place all night, and we couldn't get them to stop. James fit us in for an after hours service call when I reached out the following day. He was very professional, friendly, kept safety top of mind, and went above and beyond to help us figure it out and fix the problem that evening so that we could have a sound sleep.
