Fast efficient and friendly!
Haven’t even gone in yet, but making an appointment has been the most painful experience ever. They’ve lost my information twice already, lost my appointment somehow. I even went out of my way to hand in all my patient information to front desk, I guess they just lost that too and wanted me to send it in again. 🤷♀️ I’m on attempt number 4 at this point. And I’m kinda baffled. Will update review after an appointment if I ever actually get one, but wow..
Frustrated with my previous clinic, being withheld service- service I immediately recieved upon my first appointment. This was also my original Chilliwack dentistry office. It's good coming back.
