Family own townhomes in this complex, and it is a wonderful place for young people to live with their own front door, and double garage. A very well-run strata group works effectively. The neighbours are a respectful bunch of owners and renters.
As with other trades posts they haven’t paid for services rendered. I’am still owed for work done on the project.
Promontory developments and evest funds don't pay there trades. and cut corners to build cheap units
These units are nice in theory but very poorly constructed. Sound transmission is a major issue in my unit. I can hear my downstairs neighbour talking and moving around, and I hear every footstep on either side of me. No amount of white noise drowns it out. If you’re someone that’s okay with the noise transmission then this would be a beautiful place to rent, but not for someone looking for peace and quiet.
