My newfangled toilet with all the whistles and bells is fabulous! My tender knee LOVES it too. The guys are extremely trustworthy, experienced, and vacuumed up after themselves. There are probably no challenges that Mark O’Brien can’t figure out. He’s a genius! GREAT Company putting out excellent work!
I barely ever leave reviews, but Promondo truly went above and beyond! We had some plumbing issues, and they were able to coordinate both the diagnostics and the repair seamlessly. Our PM, Holton, was incredibly communicative and even came onsite to make sure everything went as expected. It made the whole process so convenient. I was able to continue going to work knowing everything was being handled efficiently and quickly. Really appreciate the care and communication throughout the entire process. Thank you, Promondo!
