Our wastewater system failed immediately after moving in. Over 12 months later, it still hasn’t been fixed. The builder refuses to take responsibility—despite being legally obligated to under warranty. This, along with other defects we've notified them about several times, all falling on deaf ears. They used an unlicensed plumber, submitted fraudulent paperwork to Council, and our plumbing is still uncertified. Meanwhile, effluent runs through our yard. Promodular made the whole process of building my modular home easy and stress-free. The quality is excellent, the design is modern, and everything was delivered on time. Highly recommend! Thanks Simon and the Promodular team, you were amazing guys!
