Broke down on I-16 about 100 miles into my trip and still had a ways to go. I made one phone call, and that made all the difference. I called Raymond, explained the situation, and he walked me through a few things to check. Sure enough, five minutes later I was up and running again. Can’t thank him enough—saved my trip!
The truck wouldn't restart ,I'm stuck and can't move. Oh no, my starter is shot, and it's 9pm. Service call was put in, and they gave me an estimate eta of 90 minutes. Ted showed up on time and started to diagnose the problem. He told me what the issue was and made the repairs. It wasn't the starter. He saved my ass and I thank him for being honest and professional. Promobile you got a great tech please take care of him. Drivers if you in the Savannah GA area needing repairs, give them a call. 5 star service.
Awesome guy and a lot of experience helped me out tremendously diagnosed my truck with in 20 or 30 minutes talked with me about what it could be and also offered to help me out with a part if I needed it absolutely great person and great prices I will definitely call him if I need anything else done with a vehicle well I'm in Savannah Georgia
Absolutely an awesome person! Husband's truck leaked oil while truck was sitting. He came out the next day and looked at my husband's work truck, tightened stuff up, test drove it, and rev'd up the engine. He informed me that people follow women driving trucks and will dump oil under the vehicle to make you think something is wrong. So, that is scary to know! Raymond was in and out within an hour and has reasonable rates! Definitely will be coming back to him if we have any other issues!!
Spent over 2,000$ into my truck I got he’s card from a family member took him a couple days but found the issue and fixed it and was a lot cheaper than a lot of these mechanic shops only cost me 200$ super nice and responds to messages quickly 10/10 work
