Used Promo Printing Group for the first time for work. Bill was incredibly supportive on a unique order request that involved a scratcher element + we needed it on a very tight schedule. We were able to not only get our order in time - but we received it early (and we're in California). The process at Promo Printing is efficient, detail-oriented, and seamless - it was nice having someone on the other side of the line to support and troubleshoot with. Definitely will use Primo Printing Group again for future projects.

Absolutely outstanding service and product. I worked with Angelica Escobar. She saved me from a bind with excellent service and excellent product! We had a custom lottery card built - she worked on it immediately and was responsive, attentive, and gracious! My lack of planning was not her fault...but she swooped in to save the day. Use Promo Printing. Give them all your money. Their prices are very reasonable in the market and worth every penny.
I absolutely love my scratch cards from the Promo Printing Group. Receiving the sample packet in the mail helped me to decide the style and price point I wanted. Once I decided, the process was quick and easy with top notch customer service. The scratchers were professionally done and esthetically pleasing to watch. Also, they arrived in mail quicker than I expected. I am one satisfied customer!
