This has got to be the most unprofessional promotions (?) company that I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, with incredibly laxed customer service response. I had purchased a service, saw no evidence of it having been provided, and contacted them via email about 3 times with no reply. Finally, after getting no reply, I disputed the charges with PayPal.
