if you are on steps 1 through 3 and are just getting sober is a good place. But a better place to get better recovery and to work more than the first steps go to outside meetings for a better character and to work more than the first three steps, such as in the rest of the steps up to step 12.
RecommendedIt's a good place if you are a alcoholic or drug addict.. We need our meetings.. So we can have sobriety.. And we need the fellowship... And that is what Promises offers..

It's a very great place, in my opinion one the best places to go to. I will say there are so many great people that go there and if one don't know a answer then they find someone to help you find the answer or guide you in the direction for any question. Promises and New Foundations help me become the man that I am today. I can honestly say I'm greatful for both of them. It's my favorite overall and I highly recommend it if your wamting to stay sober and do something different with your life.
The indoor smoking and pool tables make it feel like a friend’s basement. Plus, the raffle ticket speaker meeting was really a nice format. I already told all my friends to check it out if they’re ever in N. Kentucky.
