Im giving 5 stars for psychiatrist, DR Sean David. He makes you feel comfortable, and talks to you not like a patient, but like a friend. Quirky at times, but gets you out of comfort zone to relate whatever demons there are residing in you. I look forward to every appointment with DR Sean.
My name is Ralf. I have been seeing Dr Rajesh for quite sometime now. Dr Rajesh is an awesome and caring Doctor. He really cares about his patients very well. I was suffering from major depression disorder since seeing Dr Rajesh my condition is much better. His advice, the medication he prescribed is very good and effective. It raises a serious ethical question when a couples counselor makes an unexpected call to one partner at home, speaks negatively about the other partner, then tells him to keep the call and its contents a secret (“if you tell her, I’ll deny everything”). That’s what Mrs. A.S. at Promises did, along with other highly questionable practices. Management was made aware and offered plenty of lip service without meaningful action.
We saw Dr P. BUVANASWARI at Promises for my son's treatment of PANS. She was really remarkable and in 2 months with medications the symptoms were gone. Really thankful for all her help.
They canceled my appointment without informing me and I only found it out when I arrived. Details: I booked an appointment in 2 weeks after my first consultation with a therapist at the clinic. After they confirmed my appointment, I didn’t receive any text/call/email to reschedule it or cancel it. I also didn’t call them to cancel my appointment.
