I had booked an appointment here for wedding dress shopping. I was assisted by Stevie, and what an incredible experience! She was so friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel special, valued and like there was no pressure. After a bad experience at another bridal shop right before this appointment, she turned my whole day around. I didn’t end up finding my dress here, but I appreciate the experience. Thank you so much!

What an amazing experience we had shopping for my nieces grad dress at Promises Bridal! Huge smiles and welcome as we arrived to our appointment. A little run down on the store and how to look for dresses. A cool thing….they had pictures attached to the dresses giving you an idea of what the dress looked like on! SUPER helpful! I want to thank the ladies of this very lovely Bridal Shop. You made me feel beautiful and elegant for my day. I picked up my dress today and my daughter's. I am 54 years old and getting married in September and you made me feel like I was 20 again. You knew my budget and stayed at it and the beautiful elegant dress is perfect for me and my fullness of body and so flattering that I have a waist again.
