I had a very traumatic experience. I was taunted and hunilated by staff. They took my phone and wallet and wouldn't let me leave.

Call to see about admissions to the ranch in Nashville, a center 3 hours from me mind you. I wait to get processed, call back, “you’ve been denied at the ranch but approved for our Atlanta center… okay that’s double the time away from where I live and kinda messed up the travel and plans of me and the people actually helping me, but i need the help and they approved me here, right? This is their type of staff. Not the person you want helping the troubled people.
I would never turn to a place that employs people like this for help. This is not what recovery looks like and If you are in need of help, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
