I was going to buy a small restaurant at bayside and I offer a price to the agent ，but when i talk about the rent, I felt that the seller's agent （Trump Hwang ）was very unprofessional. Deceptive practices from their agent Chong Gil Moon. I hired this agent on 5/25/22 to lease a vacant retail space for $5000/month. After filling out paperwork to the terms, such as his commission would be one month rent split between the landlord and tenant, which was also confirmed by my wife over the phone but we should have gotten it in writing. There is an Agent there by the name of MINA LEE, she is brokering businesses for sale at a 25% commission for listed business charging the buyer. I am pretty sure this is illegal in the state of NY to be charging the buyer a 25% commission of the total sale. I am sure business brokers charged a fee to the seller and even then it is not 25 percent.

Illegally asking for 25% percent commission and one month of rent to purchase a small commercial business. Might as well be stealing from people. How are they even allowed to be business brokers when they don't even advertise that on their website? On top of that the agent could barely speak english. Beware of this place , basically just tying milk any money out of consumers by squeezing in to be the middle men anywhere there’s a profit .
