I was going to buy a small restaurant at bayside and I offer a price to the agent ，but when i talk about the rent, I felt that the seller's agent （Trump Hwang ）was very unprofessional. I tried to ask him to ask the landlord if the landlord will to give me a rent-free period for decoration and renovation. Deceptive practices from their agent Chong Gil Moon. I hired this agent on 5/25/22 to lease a vacant retail space for $5000/month. After filling out paperwork to the terms, such as his commission would be one month rent split between the landlord and tenant, which was also confirmed by my wife over the phone but we should have gotten it in writing.
