We purchased the walk in tub and the crew showed up and started demolishing the old tub/shower combination. They laid a protector on our hardwood floor and strung up a barrier to keep dust out of the room where my wife stayed during the demolition . She has end stage COPD and is hooked to an O2 machine 24/7. Everything went like clock work and we love our new tub. I highly recommend Promise Home Works !
Everyone was so friendly from the salesman to the installer. I would highly recommend Promise for a chair lift and anything else you might need ! They made the whole experience very quick and easy !
We hired Promise Home Works for some work in our home. We have NEVER, in our ENTIRE elderly lives, been more satisfied and impressed. The workers were so very polite and professional. We had our bathroom redone and changed from a tub to a walk-in shower. It is BEAUTIFUL and we have never been happier. They also moved our laundry facilities from the basement to an upstairs room.
