Toxic Company Culture Avoid at All Costs This company is a joke. David is the perfect example of what not to do in a leadership position rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. He speaks to people with zero respect and acts like basic courtesy is beneath him. If you value being treated like a human being, stay far away. The company clearly doesn’t care about professionalism, communication, or integrity. It’s all red flags. Save your time and energy there are better places out there.
From the beginning, David Clites made sure to help us find the perfect fit for someone to help my parents. My mother absolutely loves Shirley (Hill) who has been with them for the last couple of years. She has become like family! Thank you both so much!
We recently unexpectedly lost our Mother who was the primary caregiver for our aging 84 y.o. father. Promise Home Care immediately responded to our request for help and our need for 24 hour home care for our father. All of the caretakers have been professional, patient, kind, and understanding. David Clites and his team made us feel much more at ease that our father would be well cared for during an extremely difficult time.
