These people have no regard for the patients I spent 4 days trying to just obtain my 16 year olds prescription no one has called me back I’ve called several times doctors do not care about the mental health of a child that is a patient of theirs . Please don’t waste your time here go anywhere else some where that actually cares about the patients instead of just charging your insurance and throwing you to the side . They don’t even deserve one star , should have a negative star count -5 stars
If you want good mental healthcare, do not come here. I was diagnosed with bipolar in 10 minutes, just like most other patients who come here to get help with something unrelated.
Promise Healthcare, Dr. Su AND Dr. Yang do NOT care about you unless they THINK you're bipolar. I was misdiagnosed in 2020, Dr. Su would NOT listen to me, would NOT let me talk, and even called my bf lazy when he was expressing that he was having symptoms of depression. Promise Healthcare ONLY cares about pumping you full of meds that don't work and trying to get any and all neurodivergent people to act NOT neurodivergent.
