I called to get a quote for our Condo Association, went thru the phone tree, hit two for electrical service and went to a voicemail that said the mail box was full, goodbye! and I was disconnected.... HAHA...... some people don't deserve to be in business....
Hired them to install Tesla EVSE. Joe did a great job. Very professional and would highly recommend!
Highly impressed with Joe from Promise Electric. He was very responsive on emails and answered all of my questions, arrived promptly on time and did a phenomenal job installing my EV charger. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Promise Electric to anyone that wanted a quality job done with really knowledgeable people.
Joe came promptly when he said he would, he provided an estimate. The installation process was professional, pleasant and very efficient. He even cleaned up after himself (he had to make a hole in the garage wall). I highly recommend this firm.
My electric car charger was malfunctioning and Joe was quick to respond. He was able to fit my job in his schedule within 24 hours. He works meticulously, and was very informative. His prices are fair I highly recommend
