I recently changed to this practice for x-rays and cleaning, my wife had also changed a few months ago and has liked her experiences. I am totally impressed by the entire experience, from scheduling to online forms, reminders, how friendly all the staff are and the facility. They all greet and introduce themselves pleasantly and explain what they are doing. OMG, I have never had a better dental experience.
They were very prompt, attentive and professional. All the staff were very welcoming and ensured any questions I had would could be answered. It was only my first appointment but I’d highly recommend based on initial impressions.

My second visit to Promise Dental only confirmed what a wonderful addition this office is to our community. From the moment I walked in, Christina at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly attitude. Very clean dentist office, the staff was really friendly and professional, and everything was very punctual. Digital forms before appointment were very easy and efficient, which is rare these days with medical offices, so I appreciated that. Overall very pleased with my experience there!
