This was my first time at this salon and I was very impressed. It’s in a good location, easy to get to by vehicle or public transportation, great deals with service in the beginning of the week, the ladies are friendly and professional and the shop is clean and organized. I got a sew in and it came with a shampoo. Smiley is sooo friendly, professional and she did a great job on my hair. All the ladies did great work on their clients. I highly recommend coming here, I’m definitely going back.

I wouldn't even give one star. I spent too much money to have damaged hair. My hair was healthy when I went to this salon a year ago. I have been trying everything I could since that year to keep my long hair but I have to cut it. I have been getting nothing but sew-ins with my new professional stylist. She did confirm my hair was bleached just by looking at it. So whatever Smiley saying it's not true. It's Bleach... I truly trusted her being she's a woman of God. My hair has to fet cut and I'm upset

I can't say enough about this place. My first time going here and having a sew-in and Smiley did an amazing job! I got there early and we held hands in prayer before the staff began their day, which was nice. I definitely will be going back 💖

The entire staff was impressed by how beautifully and professionally my extensions had been installed. They said they looked very natural and were done in a way that protected both my hair and the extensions. I already knew this, which is why Promise Salon was always my go to place for hair extensions, but seeing how impressed everyone was and how healthy and long... read more
