Very rude and condescending! Wouldn't allow me to speak and would raise her voice apparently to prove to me she was in charge. Telling me she is trying to educate me. Would rather travel 200 miles than be disrespected like that. Terrible customer service.
Not Impressed with the person that answers the phone and schedule appointments. And that’s as far as I got. They tell you that you have to walk barefooted in order to get our supports. And you have a foot injury. What a joke. Was told by doctor that they would speak with them about this and make an exception, but nothing ever happened. In person that answers the phone is terrible at her job whomever I spoke with. They never got back to me over and over. I would not recommend this place.
My brother has an intellectual disability and was treated with respect and patience. They presented information about the orthotic process directly to him in a manner that he understood. The office staff were expeinent in calling back with information and flexible regarding changes in appointments dates. I highly recommend this buisness.
There hasn't been much interaction. I've had 2 ortho surgeons refer me to them, in 2 yrs. The most they've done is measure my "bad" foot. Zero communication, zero shoes, zero care!
