They try to help. The doctors/staff listen, and the office is clean. But, there is a lack of oversight and communication with doctors here. I have to call and visit (insurance charged every time) for the same issue to have the same prescription filled or to get them to do the same paperwork. They need more staff or oversight of staff. Dr. Levy barely looked at me as he was on his computer. I thought he was doing my paperwork. I will update if care here improves.
Agree with most patients the wait time when calling is ridiculous.

My husband and I were patients of Dr. Pisciotto however his office recently moved from Glendale to Long Island. My husband needed a physical exam for his new job so we made an appointment at Prominis for 1/20/25 since it is next door to Dr. Pisciotto former office. My husband received a message from the office saying they can't see him on 1/20 but can see him the following day. The front desk woman Anna, was so extremely rude to me. I called yesterday because I had a medical emergency and she gave me an hour and 1/2 block of time this morning to come in and be seen. When I arrived to be seen within the time frame, she said she canceled my appointment because she assumed I wasn't showing up and was extremely rude to the point where I don't feel comfortable here. Wont be coming back. Stay away.
