Dr. Levi is the best! I highly recommend!
They try to help. The doctors/staff listen, and the office is clean. But, there is a lack of oversight and communication with doctors here. I have to call and visit (insurance charged every time) for the same issue to have the same prescription filled or to get them to do the same paperwork. They need more staff or oversight of staff. Dr. Levy barely looked at me as he was on his computer. I thought he was doing my paperwork. I will update if care here improves.
Agree with most patients the wait time when calling is ridiculous.
