The doctor was very nice and I don't have any issues with him, but I have a feeling this office is trying to scam insurance companies for useless fees. I've been into the office twice now and both times they drew blood and sent it off to the lab. Both times I've been told they will call me to let me know the results. I never receive that call so I have to call and ask about my lab results. Been going here for YEARSSS. I will say the front desk was abit iffy from 2019 to 2023. Picking up calls was hardly a thing. Because I live very close, there was a time I would call wait for them pick up the phone, walk all the way to the office, get inside and watch two young ladies sitting at the front with the phone ringing. But as of 2024, it hasn't been a time where I called and didn't speak to someone in the front desk. I love Dr Robinson but unfortunately I'm going to have to let him go, first off the team is absolutely horrible people at the desk never return your call if it be for meds or important information which is not good because this is people's health at the hands of everyone in this clinic, PA will give you the run around until your insurance is ran up because they don't no whats wrong with you at all, the medical assistant is always frustrated whether she has to do an ekg or blood work her attitude is extreme, it's just a all a... read more
